The title of this painting comes from the feeling and colors of walking through the city at twilight. There's a quality of light that makes the world seem unreal and almost magical.

I started this painting by watering down acrylic paint to the point where it tends to blend like watercolors. Although I guide the paint, I also let the colors and shapes develop naturally.
