If for any reason you’re not happy with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus return shipping). 

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
• The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
• The item must be securely packaged, ideally in the original shipping materials.

Please unpack your artwork carefully and keep the original packaging in case you decide to return it.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued promptly.

Damaged in Transit?

In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll take care of it right away.

Please email us with a photo of the damage so we can make things right and improve our future packaging.
