Liberation is about learning to go with the flow of life instead of trying to fight it. As I was thinking about liberation, I deliberately let myself go in the act of painting. I kept everything loose and tried not to get too bogged down with the details, which is sometimes hard for me. It was an enlightening experience, keeping everything flowing.
